New cast announced for UK & China Tour of ‘SIX’.
The new cast will take over from 15 July, touring across the UK before embarking on a 12-week tour of China. Toby Marlow and Lucy Moss’ multi-award-winning musical continues to reign across the world, including its home in the West End, where it is in its sixth year at the Vaudeville Theatre.
The new cast comprises Madison Swan (Titanique, West End), Izi Maxwell (Mamma Mia!, West End), Laura Dawkes (Frozen, Theatre Royal Drury Lane) as Jane Seymour, Hannah Victoria (Bonnie & Clyde, Old Joint Stock Theatre) as Anna of Cleves, Lizzie Emery (Six UK & International Tour) as Katherine Howard and Eloise Lord (Six the Musical, UK & Internationalo Tour) as Catherine Parr.
Completing the cast as alternates as Lorren Santo-Quinn (Six, UK and International Tour), Rosie Singha (Here & Now: The Steps Musical, UK and Ireland Tour) and Erin Summerhayes (Six, UK and International Tour), with super swings Selen Berry (Beauty and the Beast, Imagine Theatre) and Darcy Stewart (Six, Canadian production). The company will be accompanied by the production’s all-female band, the Ladies in Waiting, led by musical director Yutong Zhang.
SIX follows the six wives of Henry VIII as they take to the mic to tell their own personal tales, remixing five hundred years of historical heartbreak into an 80-minute celebration of 21st century girl power. Since its debut, the musical has won over 35 major international awards the 2022 Tony Award for ‘Best Original Score’ and ‘Best Costume Design’ on Broadway, triple Whatsonstage Award winner for ‘Best West End Show’ 2022, 2023 and 2025 and the 2020 BBC Radio 2 Audience Award for ‘Best Musical’,
