Olivier and Tony Award winner Jane Krakowski will reprise her role as Mary Todd Lincoln in the “unashamedly stupid” West End production of Oh, Mary! for 6 weeks only, starting in December.

Krakowski is an award-winning triple-threat actress best known for her role as Jenna Maroney on the Emmy Award-winning network comedy 30 Rock, for which she received four Emmy nominations and a 2009 Screen Actors Guild Award for Outstanding Performance by an Ensemble in a Comedy Series. She starred in the Broadway production of Oh, Mary! and was last on the London stage in the National Theatre’s production of Here We Are.

OH, MARY! is a dark comedy about a miserable, suffocated Mary Todd Lincoln in the weeks leading up to Abraham Lincoln’s assassination. Unrequited yearning, alcoholism, and suppressed desires abound in this 80-minute one-act play that finally examines the forgotten life and dreams of Mrs. Lincoln, through the lens of an idiot (playwright Cole Escola).

The show has gone on to huge success since its off-Broadway debut at the Lucille Lortel Theatre in 2024. Now playing at the Lyceum Theatre on Broadway, the show broke box office records and continues to play to sold out audiences.

The London production of Oh, Mary! currently stars Lolly Adefope as Mary Todd Lincoln (until 5 December), Lucy Frederick as Mary’s Chaperone, J.R. Ballantyne as Mary’s Husband’s Assistant, with Vinnie Heaven as Mary’s Teacher and Syrus Lowe as Mary’s Husband.

The production has also announced today it is extending its run at the Trafalgar Theatre to 5 June 2027.

Further information, including how to book tickets, can be found on the Oh, Mary! website.
